I bought a size 36 and it was too small but I was unable to verify the size because the tag was cut off by the previous owner. This is a huge disappointment as I never thought I would get duped like this on Amazon. Someone selling used clothing as if they are new!!Run SmallFits okay. Not true to color though. Not a solid black, more like washed out blackThese could be good shorts, but the lining is patterned so that the pattern shows through the shorts material. It makes the shorts look stained. Additionally, the shorts are not relaxed fit and the inseam-outseam should be longer.I am very disappointed in this item. The zipper on the front broke the very first time my husband wore them."US Size 38" measure 41 inches at the waist. I guess an inch tape measure is too hard to figure out.These shorts began falling apart weeks after I received them
